April 10th for 10 years…
2001: My dad said we didn’t have enough money for me to go to this Skiing Adventure Boarding School. I was upset.
2003: Had a lucid dream and my dream-mother saved me from having a dream-panic-attack. Later that day, this guy that I did mushrooms with called me and my parents were upset because they didn’t like him.
2004: I had a dream about having a twin that was so real, that I mourned him all day. I wrote several pages about being an introverted freak.
2005: I quoted pages and pages from Nausea by Jean Paul Sartre. A book I have since read 10+ times.
2006: In the midst of depression, I wrote 10 pages of Dada about the soul and the 7 heavenly virtues.
2007: In the middle of film school I wrote a long article about how you have to be an asshole to be a producer.
2008: Wrote notes on a short film written by a friend of mine.
2009: Finished up my second comedic screenplay that I totally forgot I wrote (2011).
2010: Started booking my first comedy show. These Mormon missionaries kept visiting me every other day. I was reading Story of a Soul by St. Therese. Kept doing searches in other languages for religious orders. Discovered a religious order in France that only admits women with Downs Syndrome; wrote about how weird that is.
